Most parents expect to have interrupted sleep for a short while, but when this occurs regularly for an extended period, sleep deprivation can take its toll on relationships with partners, family and friends.

While young babies spend most of their day sleeping, they sleep for small windows of time. This means that you are also waking up frequently to care for them—and it is exhausting and overwhelming.

Should you wish to book a sleep package, I will request that you fill out a sleep client questionnaire and 2-day diary. This will enable me to gather all the information I need for a detailed sleep analysis. I will create a bespoke sleep plan which will detail your family’s path to getting a good night’s sleep. Consultations are either private home based or held via zoom so you can log in from home or office. Daily support via the method of your choice will then begin to ensure sleep success. My support is compassionate and non-judgmental throughout our support period.
When parents are committed to achieving sleep success, through whichever sleep training method works for their family, I will be there to guide them every step of the way. My personal touch and full support as a sleep consultant results in the families I work with recommending me to other parents who are also struggling. So many families around the world are sleeping better because of the decision they made to ask for help. Most of my clients are by word of mouth due to families being so happy with the service.
